Getting to Cawston.

We are so happy you have decided to join us in Cawston for our wedding! The community of Cawston (pop 1,080), just east of Keremeos, is known as the Organic Farming Capital of Canada. Enjoy fresh produce at farm gate markets, bistros and farm-to-table restaurants in orchards and vineyards scattered throughout the region. If you’ve never been to Cawston before, keep reading. We’ve put together some travel information to help get you started on your trip planning.

Travel Information For Guests Who Live in B.C.

Located just 4 hours from Vancouver, the easiest way to get to Cawston or Osoyoos is to drive. Access the Crowsnest Hwy 3 from Vancouver, BC via Hwy 1 to Hope, BC. From Jasper, AB, drive west on Hwy 16 to Hwy 5 to Merritt. Continue south on Hwy 5A to Princeton.

Travel Information For Guests Living Outside of B.C.

For our guests who are flying in, you have two options:

  1. Fly into Vancouver International Airport (YVR), rent a car and follow driving instructions above (approximately 4 hour drive).

  2. Fly into Kelowna International Airport (YLW), rent a car, organize a shuttle or Uber (available but not recommended due to $$$) to Cawston or Osoyoos (approximately 1 hour 45 minute drive).
